The perfect way to enhance the business thinking of your employees. Participants are invited to respond to challenges, pressures, constraints, opportunities and risks and to organize a strategic plan to carry out their mission.
Participants unfold their culinary talent to prepare an integrated meal (appetizer, main dish and dessert). They are confronted with time, budget, resources. Divided in groups they need to meet, define roles, decorate and name their dishes, obtain their materials, prepare the meal and finally present their dishes.
Our teams are taking part in a series of challenges related to the 4 elements of nature. Each activity of the program deals with one of the element, creating combinations that complement and end up in the importance of all the elements together, highlighting the value of the team for the best possible result!
Experiential workshop aimed at newly formed groups or groups that have undergone changes. Participants pass through a series of challenges that highlight the characteristics of the effective team. At the same time, it strengthens each stage of the group pyramid, resulting in the creation of the group’s vision.
Interactive workshop, the purpose of which is to create a group’s constitutional charter, which will include the team’s communication code, the parameters of each person’s roles and the responsibilities of its members.
Team employs all its creative thinking and artistic mood, creating from scratch a theatrical performance or a short film. Participants have limited resources and fixed time.
In collaboration with a production company and a TV crew, we create short films and promotional spots. Trainees become producers, directors, actors and stars in their own film.
This idea combines the Olympic spirit with the advantages that emerge from the sense of fair play. The teams are invited to participate in a series of sports. The goal is for all teams to go through all sports, gathering the best score.
Team members through the completion of specific psychometric tools discover their individual communication style. All individual styles are imprinted on a huge chart and the profile of the group / department is revealed.
