Business Board Games

A clever way enhance entrepreneurial thinking of your employees. Participants are asked to respond to challenges, pressures, constraints, opportunities & risks and organize a strategic plan to accomplish their mission.

Chef for a day

Participants unleash their culinary talents to prepare a complete meal (appetizer, main course and dessert). They are confronted with Time, the budget, their Resources. Divided into groups need to meet, to define roles, to decorate and to name their dishes, to supply their materials, to Friday the meal and finally to present their dishes.

The "Phenomena" are deceiving

Our teams participate in a series of tests related to the 4 phenomena of nature. Each exercise in the programme deals with one of the phenomena while creating combinations that completed and conclude on the importance of all the elements for the whole, thus highlighting the value of the group for the optimum result!

A Group is born

Experiential workshop addressed to newly created teams or teams that have undergone changes. Participants go through a series of tests, highlighting the characteristics of the effective team. At the same time reinforce each stage of the team pyramid, resulting in the creation of the vision of the group.

Interactive workshop whose purpose is to create an interactive workshop charter of the group which will include the communication code of the group, the parameters of the role of each and the responsibilities of its members.

On Stage Company

The team enlists the entire her creative thinking, but also the her artistic mood creating from scratch a theatrical performance or a short film. Participants have at their disposal limited resources and fixed time.

The Movie Makers

In collaboration with a production company and a TV crew, we create short films and commercials. Trainees become producers, directors, actors and star in their own film.

This idea combines the the Olympic spirit with the advantages resulting from fair play. The teams are invited to test in a number of sports in parallel. The aim is for all teams to pass all the sports by collecting the best score.

Team's X-Ray

The members of the group through the completion of specific psychometric tools they discover the their individual communication style. All the individual styles are captured in a huge graph and revealed in aggregate the profile of the group/section concerned.

The Sandwich Store

The sandwich store is a group Experiential simulation activity Strategic Planning & Operations of a business.
Participants try to run a small business by using all the tools available to them and resources and taking into account all the parameters that will lead the business to profitability.
