From 2018 to date it is senior partner at Brain Up, while being the founder & managing partner  at Human2Human.

She is a Mental Health Counsellor & Coach and αworn in Personal Development of Individuals and Systems.

Plans and implements programmes Empowerment, Self-improvement  & Personal Development (one2one, teams & groups) on behalf of multinational and Greek companies as well as individuals. Leading Groups and Organizations trust her for the empowerment of their Executives in Greece & Cyprus. Also, participates in Corporate Conferences, as a speaker such as AFEA, LA PRAIRIE, AVON Cosmetics, HENKEL, KAIZEN, GASLOG, M.D.R.T. , Cyprialife etc.

She holds a degree in Statistics & Insurance Science (Athens) and has been trained in Management & Leadership (Harvard Manage Mentor). She holds a Diploma in Counselling Psychology (City Unity College, Pearson) and a Diploma in Art Therapy (Athens).

She has also been trained in Counselling and Communication Skills for Individuals and Systems, through Marte Meo International (Marte Meo practitioner).

She is certified in Coaching by the Association NLP & European Mentoring & Coaching Council (nlp coach) and has a diploma in Life Coaching (Association NLP & European Mentoring & Coaching Council). She is a certified trainer in Belbin 360o methodology. She is fluent in two foreign languages, English and Italian.

He has worked for 14 consecutive years in leading Greek & mainly multinational groups and served as a senior executive in the field of sales such as in AXA and Interamerican Insurance. During her tenure she trained nearly 3500 professional consultants in leadership, management, sales and staffing. She also worked for Group of Health Companies BIOIATRIKI, as General Manager of Insurance Companies, with main tasks are Sales and Development.
