He is a graduate of the Psychology Department of the American College of Greece, a certified NLP Practitioner by the American Board of NLP, Master Whole Brain^® Facilitator of Herrmann International, Certified Master Trapologist^®, certified facilitator of the Dutch best seller seminar "MBA IN ONE DAY^®" and Lego^® serious play^® methodology certified facilitator. She has worked at Boehringer Ingelheim, in the international E. Venizelos Airport, in the Supermarkets chain SAINSBURY'S in England, and in the Port of Southampton in the support department.

His favourite pastimes include rock climbing and climbing, reading, cooking, gardening, cycling, crafts and board games.
