Her professional career

Romina is a graduate of Faculty of Management and Economics, with a degree in "Library and Information Systems". She also holds a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology from the Plymouth University of England.

He has worked for 13 consecutive years in a higher educational institution of private education, in the administration of the Library Department and as a Seminar Instructor for the course "Academic Research & Study Skills". During her tenure she trained over 3000 students, providing the necessary skills, focusing on making maximum use of the academic resources and scientific information available to them.

The continuation of her professional path in training and development of human resources in companies was a natural choice inspired by her postgraduate studies. She considers that well-being at work is not just a word on a piece of paper.
